STRUCTURE
This first phase is a six month global mentoring programming delivered virtually through:

Monthly mentoring circles

Peer-to-peer learning

Facilitated leadership sessions

Global networking and exposure
WHO SHOULD APPLY
Women (18 years and older) across all generations, disciplines, and regions of the world who are:

Passionate about building their leadership capacity to transform their fields

From diverse and intergenerational backgrounds

Interested in participating in the WEL Leadership Champion Fellowship
The Girls for Girls (G4G) mentoring approach is an integral component of the first phase of the WEL Leadership Champions Fellowship(LCF) . Graduates of the cohort automatically qualify to become WEL Foundation Leadership Fellows, gaining access to personalized coaching , leadership development support, and wellbeing resources. G4G is a global mentoring movement active in over countries.
Through this experience, participants will gain a strong leadership foundation that equips them with the tools, mindset, and discipline needed to lead with purpose and impact. They will build confidence, strengthen their communication skills, and develop greater clarity of purpose as they grow personally and professionally. Participants will also gain access to a global network of leaders, resources, and opportunities that can support their continued development. In addition, this program creates a pathway for those who are ready to embark on a leadership fellowship journey and expand their influence in meaningful ways.
