Description:
Support the coordination of our Leadership Champions Fellowship (LCF) Program, WEL's flagship global mentoring and leadership initiative. This position facilitates seamless interaction with Fellowship stakeholders across the U.S. and global time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with key WEL Foundation partners during the main phases of the LCF Program.
Coordinate scheduling and communications.
Organize and oversee reminders and Zoom logistics for virtual Fellowship sessions.
Develop plans and reports, track engagement, and assist in feedback processes.
Qualities We Seek:
Passionate about promoting women’s and girls' wellbeing and leadership.
Effective communicator with excellent organizational and digital skills.
Knowledgeable in Google Workspace and Zoom.
Capable of working across time zones (some flexibility required) and values cross-cultural engagement.
Creative team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to volunteer 3–10 hours per week, with flexibility to match your schedule.

Help shape WEL Foundation’s voice through compelling content and strategic outreach that reflects our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and schedule posts across social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Design visual and engaging content.
Support the development of blogs, newsletters, and digital outreach.
Track engagement and suggest improvements to our strategy.
Qualities We Seek:

Familiar with Canva or similar editing tools and social media tools.
