Women in Education Leadership (WEL) Foundation partnered with Girls for Girls (G4G) to launch the 2025 G4G Global Cohort. The G4G mentoring approach is an integral component of the first phase of the WEL Foundation’s Leadership Champions Fellowship (LCF) Program. Graduates of a G4G Diaspora Cohort automatically qualified to become WEL Fellows and benefited from personalized coaching and access to resources for their well-being and work.​
