The Women in Education Leadership (WEL) Foundation is a nonprofit organization based in Madison, Wisconsin, USA, with a global vision to empower girls and women through transformative education and leadership development. WEL is committed to dismantling barriers and restoring hope for girls and women across disciplines – from Health and Humanities to STEM and vocational fields – promoting both formal and non-formal education pathways to create inclusive, purpose-driven, and courageous leaders who thrive and lead change in their families and communities.
